No Doctor-Patient Relationship: Accessing or consuming content on the Services does not establish a provider-patient relationship between you and Medi All or any medical professional associated with Medi All.

3. JURISDICTION-SPECIFIC GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION
Medi All operates globally. Dispute resolution mechanisms and governing laws apply based on your country of residence:
United States and Canada Residents
Binding Individual Arbitration: Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall be settled by binding individual arbitration rather than in court, except that you or Medi All may assert claims in small claims court if eligible.
Class Action Waiver: To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, you and Medi All agree that any proceedings to resolve or litigate any dispute will be conducted solely on an individual basis and not as a class, collective, or representative action.
European Union, United Kingdom, and EEA Residents
Governing Law: These Terms shall be governed by the laws of your country of residence within the EU/EEA/UK.
Consumer Rights: Nothing in these Terms deprives EU/UK consumers of the protection afforded to them by mandatory provisions of law or deprives them of the right to bring proceedings before their local competent courts or utilize national consumer dispute resolution bodies.
South Korea Residents
Governing Law & Jurisdiction: Disputes shall be handled in accordance with the mandatory provisions of the Act on the Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce, and submitted to the competent district court having jurisdiction over your place of residence in South Korea.
Japan Residents
Governing Law & Jurisdiction: Disagreements involving Japanese consumers shall comply with the Consumer Contract Act of Japan, subject to the jurisdiction of Japanese courts.
Taiwan Residents
Governing Law & Jurisdiction: Disputes involving Taiwanese consumers shall be governed by the Consumer Protection Act of Taiwan and submitted to the jurisdiction of Taiwanese courts.
4. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY AND PERMITTED USE
All intellectual property rights in the Services, including text, graphics, software, trademarks, and logos, belong exclusively to Medi All or its licensors.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Services strictly for personal, non-commercial purposes. You agree not to reverse engineer, decompile, scrape, copy, or redistribute any portion of the Services without express written authorization from Medi All.
5. USER ACCOUNTS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
